The Office of Policy Analysis and Research (OPAR) is the public policy team of Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI). OPAR's mission is to stimulate dialogue between technologists and policymakers in order to shape public policy regarding science and technology.

OPAR's activities include actively engaging with Georgia's policymaking constituencies and shepherding a synergistic applied policy research agenda.
